outbackcampshack Ships to any USPS address in the lower 48 states. We will ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL all item are shipped via UPS ground; normal delivery is 5 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated by the shopping cart. Item value and item weight and distance are used to determine shipping cost. All in-stock items will be sent the following business day following your order, and whenever possible we will ship your order same day. If any items in your order are currently out of stock, you will be notified with the expected shipping day of your order.

   Backorders are a fact of business and we and our manufacturers will work to keep these to a minimum. If your order is partially backorded, we will hold it untill the backorder is filled then ship the complete order.

 RETURN POLICIES

 For a prompt exchange/refund, please keep your invoice and obtain a return authorization. All returns must have a manufacturers RA (return authorization). No return can be processed without an RA. To obtain this number email us at customerservice@outbackcampshack.com. If it is necessary to return an item for an exchange/refund, all merchandise must meet the follwing criteria:

•     Return in original packaging
•     Return to the address listed in the RA email and RA must be clearly visable on outside of packaging
•     Copy of invoice enclosed
•     Enclose a short letter of explanation
•     Must be within 30 days of original purchase
•     Non-defectiveitems returned for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be recieved within 30 days of original shipping date or it will not be accepted for return.
•     All returns must be pre-paid shipping no COD's will be accepted
